Pole Palais is the largest Pole Dancing school in Nottingham featuring 11 poles within the studio which are evenly spaced and gives each student the space needed to progress quickly. We offer Pole Dancing lessons for complete beginners through to advanced. The instructors at Pole Palais have a combined 20 years of experience. Pole Palais also holds classes in Burlesque and Art.

Pole Palais: Nottingham's Home of Pole dance and Burlesque

We follow the PDC grading system, which allows Pole Dancing students to have something to work towards. We also have a yearly show in Nottingham in which Pole dancing and Burlesque students can perform the routines they have mastered. Pole dancing lessons are taught by one of our qualified teachers in a supportive and friendly environment, the lessons require no previous fitness or dance training and have no limit of age or size.
